Conference fee includes:

• access to all congress sessions and presentations

Conference fee for accompanying person includes:

• Guided tour of the old town of Krakow
• ​​​​​Welcome reception
• Public transport 

Public transport

Courtesy of the city of Kraków, the conference participants can use the public transport free of charge during the event. In the case of a ticket inspection, please show your conference badge.

Booking

To make a booking please do the following steps:

•  Create your account on Registration tab
•  Login and book services on Payment tab

Payment methods

• Credit card (online payment via PayU)
• Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking). Proforma invoice is sent by email automatically right after the order.

Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.

Refunds of registration fee in case of the cancellation 

for cancellation made before April 30th, 2026
 - 50% of fee amount is refundable minus handling fee 70 €/ 300 PLN
 

for cancellation made after April 30th, 2026 - the payment is non-refundable

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the IOM2026 Registration Department by e-mail: IOM2026@conference.pl The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance. 

The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, including if a visa is officially refused to the participant and/or accompanying person.
We strongly advise all participants to start their visa application as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
