Hotel booking

• The possible booking dates in most of the hotels are 05.-11.07.2026.  
  If you need to extend your stay or have any other inquiries or problems with the booking process, please contact the JORDAN Group: IOM2026@conference.pl
• Accommodation will be allocated on the first come, first served basis. 
• We recommend booking your rooms at your earliest convenience.
• Full payment is required to confirm reservation.

Accommodation rates per room and night include: accommodation, breakfast and VAT tax. All extra expenses such as minibar, telephone, parking etc. must be paid directly at the hotel when checking out.

Payment methods

• Credit card (on-line payment)
• Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon process of booking). Proforma invoice is sent by email automatically right after the order.

Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.

Changes and cancellations

​​​​​​For any changes or cancellations of existing reservations please contact the JORDAN Group: IOM2026@conference.pl

No direct changes at the hotel will be acceptable.

Refund policy

Cancellations of hotel reservations are possible according to the terms included in the chart below.

Cancellations made by the cancellation deadline will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Check-in

The booking is made through JORDAN Group. Closer to the arrival date, we will provide the hotel with a guest list. At check-in, please provide your name at the hotel reception.
