The Institute's laboratories are certified to the highest safety standards by the Polish Center for Accreditation (PCA) and the European Directorate for Quality of Medicines and Healthcare (EDQM).

 

 

Reference Laboratories

The National Reference Laboratories in the NVRI include a total of: 138 research areas, 82 are related to infectious animal diseases and zoonoses, and 56 are related to research the sanitary quality of food of animal origin and feed.

• laboratory diagnosis of bee diseases (parasitological and microbiological testing)
• microbiological and chemical testing of food of animal origin (dioxins in food and feed, volatile N-nitrosamines in food, toxic elements, residues of veterinary medicinal products, hormones, natural toxins, etc....)
