Poster & Presentation instruction

Oral presentation

All speakers

Presentation length:
Oral presentation: 14 minutes (12 min for the presentation followed by 2 min for questions). 
Short Oral presentations: 5 minutes (4 min for the presentation followed by 1 min for questions)

Bring your PowerPoint file in a USB memory with you. Slide format (16:9) is preferred.
Check availability of your file before your session. PowerPoint in Windows 10 will be provided.
Please discuss with us in advance if you need special setting.

 

Poster presentation

Posters will be displayed from on July 7^th–9^th, 2026.
All Posters need to be displayed by Coffee break on July 7^th, 2026
Exhibit your poster on an assigned panel.
The presenting author is required to be present at the poster during their allocated poster session time.
Poster session 1- Odd number abstracts
Poster session 2 - Even number abstracts
Posters will be removed on the 9^th of July.
Poster award nominees selected for oral presentations will need to present a poster
and abide by the poster presentation instructions.
The poster size must be, width: 841 mm; height: 1,189 mm
Include the abstract number in the upper left.
